The advantage of this variant is that it does not require a reader - anyone can play! Another bonus is that it is easily played by younger people. Simply draw a card, hide the bottom as normal, and place it in front of all the players. Then turn over the hourglass and start drawing!


Players will copy down the drawing before the hourglass runs out. As in the original game, it's not graphic quality that counts, but attention to detail. When the hourglasses runs out, everyone puts down their pencils and the bottom of the card is revealed. Read the details as normal. Players score one point for each detail they drew correctly.

Once you have played a number of cards equal to the number of players, the game is over. As usual, the player with the most points is declared the winner.
